Job Summary: The Purchasing Supervisor oversees daily purchasing operations, functioning as a Buyer and Project/Internal Support lead while supervising a team of Buyers. This role implements strategies to provide materials and services that meet organizational requirements for quality, volume, and pricing. The Supervisor ensures the staff provides turnkey procurement solutions and maintains routine interaction with both the team and internal customers. Additionally, the Supervisor provides oversight for the Rental Coordination team, ensuring the field receives correct equipment on time while maintaining cost integrity through the Vendor Matrix. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Proficient in supply chain management practices and understanding of subcontracts. Technical proficiency in HVAC Equipment, PVF, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, and Site Utilities procurement. Proficient-plus level user of MS Excel and MS Word, with experience working in Bidtracer. Ability to work independently, prioritize duties with minimal supervision, and meet strict deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional business writing and active listening. Demonstrated high customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of information for reporting and cost-reduction purposes.
Education and Experience:
- Required: High School diploma or recognized equivalent.
- Required: Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in the materials and production field and experience in equipment rental and logistics
- Desired: Previous knowledge of the industry is preferred.

Job Responsibility Level:
Travel Requirements: Travel required 0-5% of the time to other office locations. Hours: This is an exempt position. Workdays are scheduled from Monday through Friday. Typically, work hours begin and end between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm as scheduled with the position's supervisor. Occasional overtime may be necessary for business needs. Physical Demands:
Competitive Wage: $89,500 to $122,750 Annual Salary.
