Steward San Antonio, TX The Dishwasher Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel's kitchens by washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. This role supports Food & Beverage operations by ensuring sanitation standards are met, workspaces remain clean and safe, and all equipment is properly stored and ready for use in a full-service hotel environment.
