Software Engineer III

In this role, you play a key part in delivering a diverse portfolio of technical solutions, including high-performance web applications, mobile apps, APIs and backend processes that enable members to easily manage their financial lives. Analyze, design and build software solutions that provide a world-class digital experience to our employees and members
• Code software solutions that satisfy identified requirements
• Write unit and integration tests to exercise code changes
• Integrate vendor software systems into our own solutions
• Design databases to support our software solutions
• Provide diagnosis, triage and troubleshooting of production issues, both proactively and in response to support requests
• Ensure high level of systems reliability, scalability and maintainability to ensure long term success of our solutions
• Collaborate with cross team and Agile team members to continuously deliver software solutions, field support requests, and support software releases
• Partner with business units to provide software solutions to solve complex problems and achieve business goals
• Contribute to, participate in, and champion an iterative Agile development culture

• 6+ years' software engineering experience.
• Familiarity with software development tools and technologies.
• Fluency in one or more major object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Java, Swift or Kotlin, scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript, and query languages such as SQL.

This is a hybrid position, with presence located in our Madison, Wisconsin corporate office.
