JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Director, Marketing is responsible for developing the creative strategy and planning of Centerstone's marketing campaigns. This individual will work cross functionally with stakeholders and marketing team members in communications, creative, and web development to connect business needs and effective campaigns. A successful Director, Marketing will work to position Centerstone as a consumer-centric brand and industry leader.

This individual will lead a team of managers and advisor within the marketing department. This role involves tactical supervision, leadership, implementation, and coordination to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives aligned with the organization's overarching goals.

The Director, Marketing is responsible for hands-on leadership and supervision actively engages with team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure clarity of goals and expectations. They lead by example, maintain an open-door policy, and actively monitor progress while offering mentorship for team members' professional growth. They encourage collaboration in problem-solving and decision-making processes, embodying professionalism and dedication as a role model within the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the creative and strategic direction of campaigns alongside internal creative teams.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaign plans and reporting standards.
  • Provide leadership and supervision of a team including creative, strategist and/or account services professionals.
  • Refine existing project management practices for scalability to ensure campaign success across team.
  • Ensure creative plan supports a defined communications strategy and is aligned with campaign goals and objectives.
  • Identify, test, and scale new marketing ideas that resonate with patients and communities. Not afraid to think outside the box to achieve business and brand goals.
  • Serve as point of contact for external vendors and agencies, ensuring productive partnerships and adherence to project requirements and timeline.
  • Partner internally and externally with groups not limited to Creative, Web Development, Social, Communications, or other business partners to learn insights and maximize marketing performance.
  • Assist with special marketing projects as needed and stay up to date with industry trends.
  • Manage deadlines, projects and assignments in a fast-past, changing environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate accountability and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare landscape and multistate organizations.
  • Ability to communicate vision, motivate, develop and inspire team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

Bachelor's degree in related field (Marketing, Communications, Advertising,Journalism, etc.)

Years of Experience

10 years demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, project management

Certification/Licensure

N/A

$99,000.00--$148,525.00
