JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION The Director, Marketing is responsible for developing the creative strategy and planning of Centerstone's marketing campaigns. This individual will work cross functionally with stakeholders and marketing team members in communications, creative, and web development to connect business needs and effective campaigns. A successful Director, Marketing will work to position Centerstone as a consumer-centric brand and industry leader. This individual will lead a team of managers and advisor within the marketing department. This role involves tactical supervision, leadership, implementation, and coordination to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives aligned with the organization's overarching goals. The Director, Marketing is responsible for hands-on leadership and supervision actively engages with team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure clarity of goals and expectations. They lead by example, maintain an open-door policy, and actively monitor progress while offering mentorship for team members' professional growth. They encourage collaboration in problem-solving and decision-making processes, embodying professionalism and dedication as a role model within the team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
