STV is seeking a Regional Senior Alternative Deliver Project Manager for our Jacksonville, FL location. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Alternative delivery projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in alternative delivery management, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage alternative delivery projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strategic Planning and Business Development: Develop and implement alternative delivery project win plans.
  • Strategies, including project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, operations, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensure accurate forecasting, tracking of expenses, and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance program management, processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and solutions.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to deputy program managers and team members, fostering a culture of professional development and knowledge sharing.
  • Foster relationships with design-build partners including contractors and engineering firms; assist in design-build pursuits including strategic pursuit planning, stakeholder outreach, proposal development, and project management execution.
  • Develop and maintain client, stakeholder, and teaming partner relationships.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 20+ years of experience in program management, with a focus alternative delivery projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices (CMAA, PMP, Agile, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated and sound decision-making, strategic and visionary thinking, and creative capabilities across a multi-disciplined practice.
  • Solid understanding of current and emerging market trends that affect the professional construction services business.
  • Proven track record of developing a culture of safety and ability to abide by company's health, and safety policies.
  • Proven ability to stay focused under pressure, demonstrating resilience in challenging situations.

Compensation Range:

$162,010.86 - $185,155.27
