Position Overview This position is responsible for inventory accuracy, auditing orders, maintaining hold product, communication of aging product, leading the Target and Wal-Mart Prime loads, planning and preparation of Mod building, and audits completed by outside customers. Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Responsibilities
- Responsible for inventory counts of product at the DC and ensure accuracy
* Communicate with the manufacturing facilities on all inventory concerns * Coordinating and planning preparation of MOD's and communication with plants and DC staff on any T12 inventory concerns. * Responsible for movement of aged partials to outbound shipments * Coordinate with plant QA's on all holds and inventory concerns * Maintain proper documentation for all hold product and hold areas * Communicate with plant staffs on all shortage requests for Target and Wal-Mart Prime loads * Develop/maintain COGNOS reports to support inventory functions * Responsible for RMA and Resupply orders * Responsible for can/bottle inventory * Coordinate Chep Count Audit and Outside Inventory Audit (top 100 count) * Maintain inventory count of RECON area - work with DC Utility on aging concerns of damage product, cycle count product that is disposed or reworked for cash sales * Ensure items requested to be measured via the Cubiscan are completed as requested

Lead the Target Account at the DC
- Auditing orders (per special requirements)
- Take customer appointments for Target
- Process pick lists
- Build loads for Target orders in LX Load Maintenance
- Update Target's website with the order information and product specifications
- Establish pick-up dates in Target's website and respond to calls setting up appointments
- Send internal e-mail to ensure proper communication of Target activity
- Responsible for monitoring, record keeping, and taking appropriate action for specified Food Safety Plan, Food Quality Plan and prerequisite program requirements
- Responsible to report food safety and quality issues to management
Lead the Wal-Mart Prime Account at the DC
- Process pick lists
- Auditing orders (per special requirements)
- Build loads for Wal-Mart orders in LX Load Maintenance
- Establish pick-up dates based upon when product needs to be delivered
- Communicate with RG Transport and Prime Distribution Center for delivery
- Responsible for monitoring, record keeping, and taking appropriate action for specified Food Safety Plan, Food Quality Plan and prerequisite program requirements.
- Responsible to report food safety and quality issues to management

Qualifications Education & Experience
* Associates degree required or 2-3 additional years of professional auditing experience. * 2-3 years auditing experience * Knowledge of inventory control beneficial, but not required * Computer proficient - Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), WMS, Cognos, and BPCS
