We are supporting a critical quality initiative for Meta's data center construction program and are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join the onsite team at the Prometheus Data Center campus in New Albany, Ohio. This role is central to ensuring largescale, missioncritical facilities are constructed to the highest standards across civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical scopes. This is a fieldbased construction quality role, embedded within active jobsite operations. The QA/QC Manager leads daytoday quality execution by performing inspections, reviewing installations for compliance with drawings and specifications, managing nonconformances, and ensuring work is ready for commissioning and turnover. The role works closely with general contractors, subcontractors, and owner representatives to identify issues early, drive corrective actions, and maintain auditready documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This position is not a design, controls, or project management role. It is suited for professionals with strong construction QA/QC backgrounds who thrive onsite, understand MEP installation standards, and take ownership of quality outcomes on complex builds. Experience on data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial construction, or other missioncritical environments is highly relevant. MustHave Qualifications * 7+ years of experience in construction QA/QC or quality management, preferably on large or complex projects * Demonstrated experience with MEP construction quality, including electrical and mechanical installations * Handson experience performing field inspections, quality audits, and installation verification * Proven ability to manage NCRs, corrective actions, and root cause analysis with GCs and subcontractors * Experience reviewing submittals, drawings, and specifications for quality and code compliance * Familiarity with construction quality tools such as BIM360, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms * Experience preparing and managing turnover, closeout, and auditready documentation * Strong communication skills and comfort acting as the onsite quality authority with contractor and owner teams * Ability to work fully onsite in a fastpaced, schedulecritical construction environment Helpful (But Not Required) * Previous experience on data center or other missioncritical facilities * Owner's Representative or GCembedded quality experience * OSHA10 or OSHA30 certification Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New Albany, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $110.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
