Class A Driver - Clean Up Set Up Crew - Belgravia Complex (Delhi CA)

Hourly Rate: $25.75

Purpose of Position:
Safely transport agricultural and industrial equipment, including tractors and implements, using Class A commercial vehicles while ensuring compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards. This position is based out of the Delhi Collier facility and services the Merced and Fresno areas, with regular travel required.

Essential Job Functions:

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles with 54foot trailers to transport tractors, implements, and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment in accordance with safety procedures and weight distribution requirements.
• Perform pretrip, posttrip, and routine safety inspections of trucks, trailers, and transported equipment.
• Ensure proper use of tiedowns, chains, and loadsecurement devices to prevent damage or shifting during transport.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safe driving practices.
• Operate double trailers and additional equipment configurations as required.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and team members regarding schedules, equipment conditions, and transport requirements.
• Travel regularly within the Merced and Fresno service areas, with routes beginning and ending at the Delhi Collier facility.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Current and valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum of one to two years of commercial driving experience, preferably hauling equipment.
• Current and valid Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Clean Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) record.
• Ability to pass all required defensive driving, equipment operation, and safety training.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening and physical examination.
• Qualified to pull double trailers and operate a 54foot trailer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and manipulate up to 80 pounds while securing equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work at heights of up to 40 feet when accessing or securing equipment.
• Must be able to report to and operate from the Delhi Collier facility
