• Associate degree in a technical field + 3 years calibration/electrical measurement experience OR
• formal calibration training + 4 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with electrical instrumentation and calibration equipment
• Strong understanding of measurement principles and data analysis
• Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with instruments such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and RF analyzers
• Experience with automated calibration systems (e.g., MET/CAL, Calibration Executive)
• Prior involvement in ISO/IEC 17025 audits

Key Responsibilities

• Perform calibration of electrical test and measurement equipment at customer sites and in the lab
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards and internal quality systems
• Interpret and document calibration results and technical data
• Support internal and external audits and maintain accreditation standards
• Troubleshoot and assist with nonconformance analysis and corrective actions
• Perform routine maintenance and intermediate checks on lab equipment
• Assist in developing and improving calibration processes and procedures
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to deliver accurate, timely service

• Travel is fully covered (32-36 weeks/year, with potential increase)
• 3-month training period on 1st shift before assignment
