About The Position

• System Design & Architecture -- Develop and maintain system and network architectures that support business and technical requirements. Design integrations between applications, platforms, and infrastructure components.
• Implementation & Maintenance -- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications. Manage system performance, capacity, and availability. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Security & Compliance -- Implement security best practices across systems and infrastructure. Monitor for vulnerabilities and apply patches or remediation steps. Support compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Automation & Optimization -- Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline operations. Improve system efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaboration & Support -- Work closely with Application Development, Security and other IT Teams. Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders. Document system configurations, procedures, and architectural decisions.
• Rotate as after-hours contact and perform after-hours support as needed.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of IT work experience in systems and network administration
• High level of experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Services
• High level of experience with Entra and Active Directory administration and implementation
• High level of experience with administration and support of Windows Servers
• High level of experience with Network troubleshooting and engineering including VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and Routing.
• Experience in the supporting, configuration, design and administration of network firewalls, routers, switches, and other networking equipment and technologies
• Experience in the supporting and administration of databases
• Knowledge of scripting principles with PowerShell
• Knowledge of business process automation principles
• Effective team member working toward company goals and objectives
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
