ABOUT THE ROLE The Sealants Foreman leads a small field crew responsible for installing sealant and waterproofing systems on precast structures, ramps, and other construction projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards while coordinating daily field activities, materials, and communication with supervisors and project stakeholders. The Sealants Foreman may travel to various job sites throughout the region as part of a 1-6 person crew. Salary range $28-35/Hour. Based on location and experience. SAFETY IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY. They are highly skilled in material application, blueprint reading, and jobsite execution while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. This individual is dependable, hands-on, and capable of leading small crews effectively while adapting to changing jobsite conditions and maintaining high productivity standards.
