We are seeking a Lead TRIRIGA Engineer for a 4month engagement to provide technical oversight and hands-on execution across an enterprise-scale upgrade of IBM TRIRIGA, with primary ownership of the upgrade of the Lease administration and Lease accounting module. Additional responsibilities will include Production Support, SOX compliance, Enhancements, and Documentation. This role is designed for a senior, lead-level individual who has operated as the go-to TRIRIGA expert in large corporate environments-supporting heavily customized implementations, leading upgrade efforts, and ensuring continuity for financially critical lease operations.

Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as the Lead Engineer for IBM TRIRIGA, with end-to-end technical ownership of the Lease module.
  • Provide leadership and hands-on support for highly customized Lease Admin & Accounting implementations in a large enterprise environment.
  • Lead or strongly influence TRIRIGA upgrade activities
  • Act as the primary technical partner for Finance, Real Estate, and Workplace stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and guide work performed by external vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers.
  • Lead production support efforts for lease-related incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal business risk.
  • Establish and maintain strong documentation, change management, and audit-support practices.


Qualifications



  • 6-8+ years of hands-on IBM TRIRIGA experience, operating at a lead or senior technical level.
  • Expert-level experience with the Lease module.
  • Demonstrated leadership supporting heavily customized TRIRIGA environments at large corporations.
  • Proven experience leading or executing TRIRIGA upgrades in complex, customized landscapes.
  • Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of TRIRIGA data models.
  • Experience working with financially critical or regulated systems.
  • Ability to operate independently, set technical direction, and ramp up quickly in a remote role.


Nice to Have



  • Experience with Space Planning and/or Capital Projects modules.
  • Prior ownership of TRIRIGA in a global real estate or enterprise workplace portfolio.
  • Experience acting as the primary TRIRIGA technical point of contact for business stakeholders.
  • Comfort working across distributed teams and vendor ecosystems.
