Overview

The U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) is implementing the Accessions Information Environment (AIE) to modernize its recruiting and processing systems. AIE aims to replace multiple legacy systems with a single, integrated platform. This initiative will enhance prospecting, processing, and future Soldier management, potentially leading to improvements in identifying and retaining qualified candidates. Join Golden Key Group's supporting iterative, interactive and collaborative process supporting the implementation of the AIE System using the agile software acquisition process specified in DoDI 5000.87.



Responsibilities

    Analyzes, tests, troubleshoots, and evaluates existing network systems, such as local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and internet systems or a segment of a network system.
  • Monitors and performs network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.
  • Analyzes test data and recommends hardware or software upgrades.
  • Identifies areas of operation, which need upgraded equipment.
  • Conducts surveys to determine user needs.
  • Develops and writes procedures for installation, use, and solving problems of communications hardware and software.
  • Assists users to identify and solve data communication problems.
  • Trains users in use of equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with a BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree required.
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of demonstrated experience as a Computer Network Specialist with a current SSCP, Cyber Security Analyst+, Security+, Network Defense Analyst, and Network+ certifications. An ITIL or similar certification is desirable.
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance if required.

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder presentations.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


Desired Qualifications

  • Any additional related certifications.
  • Help desk support experience.
