Job Description Summary

Responsibilities go above and beyond managing calendars and screening calls. You will provide specialized support to our Vice President, Account Services, Senior Director (Customer Success Management), Director (Adoption Services), and our Director (Technical Account Management). You will be responsible for organizing their schedules, assisting with travel arrangements, making sure they're prepared for their commitments, and taking care of tactical and logistics-related tasks - so they can focus their time and energy on what's most important.

Job Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management - Scheduling meetings and appointments and ensuring the leaders' time is optimized.

  • Meeting Operational Ownership - Preparing agendas, gathering materials, coordinating logistics, and taking minutes.

  • Document Preparation - Drafting correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and appropriate formatting.

  • Maintain Confidential Information - Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Professional Relationship Builder - Represent the Account Services leadership team in every action you take and should be conscious of that as you build relationships throughout the organization.

  • Strong Work Ethic - Ability to collaborate and get work done in a quick and efficient way

  • Receptive to Feedback - Seek out help and feedback when you need it, and adapt to any advice received

  • Anticipating Leadership Needs - Proactively identifying and addressing the executive's needs and expectations.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, book travel plans and completes expense reports.

  • Manage annual planning calendar and create look-ahead calendars for review.

  • Comfortable with Change & Ambiguity - Comfortable working in an environment of constant change and should also be able to work confidently with a certain level of ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A proven go-getter with demonstrated ability to deliver on your commitments.

  • 4+ years in a role supporting executive leader(s), technology industry preferred

  • Knowledge of or interest in technology industry preferred

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$58,000 and $88,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
