Role Summary As an EIT I in SSR's Industrial Business Unit, you'll support project delivery inside an active food and beverage plant environment while learning how capital projects move from scope definition through construction. This role is built for an early-career engineer who wants hands-on exposure to plant operations, client coordination, contractor management, budgets, and project execution. You'll work onsite each day alongside SSR project managers, client stakeholders, and contractors, building the foundation for long-term growth and a potential path into project management. What You'll Do You'll learn by working inside the plant and supporting real industrial projects from planning through field execution.
