The Training Development Specialist is a Project Manager responsible for leading teams in the development, production and execution of training programs and sales support tools for dealership personnel.



  • Responsible for resource allocation requests to complete project tasks to meet deadlines
  • Interface with all levels of the organization to communicate Stellantis objectives and manage projects to completion
  • Manage and communicate with multiple cross-functional project teams, vendors, SMEs and stakeholders throughout all stages of the project life cycle from design, development, launch, measurement (KPI) to project close
  • Create, distribute, maintain and continuously implement all project plans to ensure all projects timing deadlines are met
  • Develop and maintain content libraries and asset lists
  • Ensure projects meet or exceed quality criteria and business needs
  • Identify potential risks to project implementation (deviation of milestones, budget, timelines)
  • Maintain and track project changes (year-to-year changes, including budget, resources)
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current Stellantis advertising/marketing themes to ensure message consistency and impact
  • Create, distribute and maintain various status, progress and forecast reports to project teams and upper management
  • Assist financial team for project budgets, forecasts, timely vendor invoice submission and invoice approvals

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years project management experience with an HSD/GED
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with working in and adapting to an agile environment
  • Excellent process improvement experience
  • Vendor management experience
  • Excellent and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills - problem solver who can synthesize information and knowledge to achieve a viable business solution
  • Time management, ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines within budget parameters
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Power Point, and Excel, Google Suite



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Project management certification (PMP)
  • General automotive systems and component knowledge
  • General knowledge of financial budget processes and approvals
  • Knowledge of Adobe CS software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and collectively with all project stakeholders
