We are seeking a dynamic Product Management Professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of a specialized platform designed to serve a critical business segment. As a Product Management Professional, you will coordinate cross-functional project teams from the initial design phase through to the successful delivery of fully developed products ready for customer use. Your work will involve navigating moderately complex to complex issues, requiring an in-depth evaluation of various factors to develop robust solutions. You will be empowered to make key decisions regarding technical approaches and exercise considerable latitude in defining project objectives and strategies.

To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position


What You'll Do:



  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project and program teams, guiding products from design to delivery.
  • Investigate complex problems, developing effective solutions during design and planning phases.
  • Monitor product performance, recommending schedule adjustments and resolution strategies based on viability.
  • Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to leadership.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, identify product gaps, and define comprehensive product requirements.
  • Engage directly with customers to deeply understand market needs and emerging trends.
  • Influence departmental strategy, contributing to the long-term vision of product development.
  • Make autonomous decisions on technical approaches for project components.
  • Shepherd the product management lifecycle using various enterprise product tools.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 or more years of technical experience.
  • Experience with specialized platforms.
  • A passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
  • Experience working with a SaaS vendor.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly contribute to team goals.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.76 to $58.62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
