Sodexo is currently seeking a Legal Administrator to join our team. This position reports directly to the Associate General Counsel and has the primary responsibility of overseeing the daily operations of the Corporate Law Department (including Government Affairs and Corporate Security), as well as, handling special projects as needed for senior management. This position supervises one employee and works very closely with the General Counsel and Direct Reports to the General Counsel. The duties are in the areas of Finance, HR, IT, and general office management. This is a Hybrid position, requires 3 days in the office at our headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD. Key Responsibilities:
Work with Finance Department and General Counsel to prepare detailed departmental budge in excess of $12M
