The Target Pay Range for this position is $128,900.00-$157,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

- Design Scalable Data Solutions:Influence and design data models, structures, and transformation logic that enableaccurateand consistent reporting across the organization.
- Own End-to-End Delivery:Lead the full lifecycle of analytical solutions, including requirements gathering, data mapping, solution design, validation, and implementation.
- Bridge Business & Technology:Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex needs into structured, data-driven solutions grounded in system capabilities.
- Partner on Data Systems & Architecture:Collaborate with data engineering andtechnology teamsto ensure data pipelines, warehouse structures, and reporting layers align with businessobjectives.
- Ensure Data Integrity & Flow:Evaluate and improve data lineage, system interactions, and data quality across platforms to ensure reliability and scalability of solutions.
- Drive Continuous Improvement:Identifygaps in data structure, accessibility, and usability, and recommend enhancements that improveprocess,performanceand efficiency.
- Lead Testing & Troubleshooting:Guidedata validation andtesting efforts,lead UAT andresolve issues,toensure solutionmeetsbusiness and technical requirements.
- Mentor & Elevate Others:Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts, promoting best practices in data modeling, problem-solving, and solution design.
- Support Critical Operations:Provide on-call support when needed to ensure continuity of service andtimelyresolution of data-related issues.
- Take on Additional Responsibilities:Perform other duties as assigned to support evolving business and data needs.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field - or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience delivering data and business intelligence solutions in complex environments, with advancedproficiencyin SQLand working knowledge of relationaland non-relationaldatabases
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts, including data modeling,architecture,ETL/ELT processesand data pipelines,anddata flows from source systems throughintegration and presentation forend-user consumption
- Proven ability tocollaborate and manage stakeholder engagement byworkingacross business and technical teams togather functional and technical requirements,perform business and data analysis,design and deliverscalable datasolutions, datamodels, data structures, reports and dashboards
- Working knowledge ofSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, withdemonstratedexperience owning solutions end-to-end from requirements through delivery
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability toidentifyroot causes and implement scalable,robustsolutions
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degreepreferred.
- Advanced level knowledge of data manipulation languages and tools such as Python, Alteryx, tableau, Power, BI,etc.
- Understanding ofCloud Computingand modern data platform technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, Google Analytics, etc.
- Conversant with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence concepts,toolsand technologies.
- Experience withFinance/Fintech applications, systems,processesand best practices
