Your role Step into a role where your technical expertise directly fuels customer success and innovation. As a Field Service Engineer reporting to the Service Team Leader, you'll work handson with cuttingedge industrial technologies while supporting customers onsite in Memphis, TN. If you thrive on problemsolving, independence, and meaningful impact, this role puts you right at the center of it all.

Specific Responsibilities:



  • Install and configure key solutions including Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.
  • Troubleshoot and perform corrective actions across supported hardware and software systems.
  • Deliver training to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective solution adoption.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on Chicago Pneumatic and Desoutter tools and equipment.
  • Document all daily work using company systems while adhering to safety and quality standards.

  • STEM degree or equivalent experience in a technical, manufacturing, or softwarerelated field.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software and mechanical solutions in manufacturing (or earlycareer with strong relevant education).
  • Strong technical skills in configuring lowcode applications and implementing technologies such as Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities, with the capability to use diagnostics, knowledge bases, and tools to resolve issues independently.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills to build rapport and deliver effective training to customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time well, and operate professionally in fieldbased environments.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada (with occasional travel to Mexico).

Job location

When not traveling to support customer applications, this role provides a hybrid work arrangement, enabling you to divide your time between working remotely two days per week and being on-site three days per week at our Memphis, TN location. This hybrid schedule is governed by our workplace flexibility policy, which may be revised periodically.
