As FP&A Operations Analyst you will develop innovative solutions and ownership of the financial planning, budgeting and analysis with the finance function.

As a FP&A Operations Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Work with GTS Americas Senior FP&A to provide detailed financial analysis, execution support, and visibility across operational and commercial performance topics.

  • Support ledger reviews and reconciliations in coordination with Finance Leaders and Regional teams, escalating challenges and ensuring accuracy.

  • Provide ongoing ledger visibility for North America and South America, including preparation of P&L and balance movement summaries for quarter/monthly close, and support internal and external audit requests through data preparation, documentation, and variance explanations.

  • Support a monthly review cadence with the Senior FP&A and Americas Finance Director, preparing analysis on asSold vs. AsExecuted contribution margin (CM), execution variances, and cost drivers to support business discussions with Operations, Sales, Commercial Operations, and Project teams.

  • Assist with convertibility analysis for the Americas region by compiling data, preparing trend analysis, and highlighting key drivers, risks, and performance gaps for review and direction.

  • Perform detailed reviews of OVC and COQ to identify outliers, anomalies, and cost trends; summarize findings and observations to support management review and decisionmaking.

  • Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities for GTS Americas by preparing variance analysis, execution commentary, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

  • Contribute analytical support to financial planning and review cycles (AP, MRP, operating plans, LRP) by preparing inputs focused on operational drivers, cost performance, and execution assumptions.

  • Contribute insightful analysis to be used for financial planning cycles including developing estimates, operating plans / forecasts / reviews, AP, MRP, LRP and operating plan for the region.

  • Prepare materials, analysis, and adhoc requests in support of HQ, Area Leaders and Regional finance, ensuring alignment with guidance provided by the leadership.

  • Support operational and process improvement initiatives by quantifying financial impacts, tracking execution results, and providing analytics to inform leadership discussions.

  • Maintain close alignment with the Senior FP&A, escalating risks, issues, and emerging trends, and supporting consistent messaging and financial interpretation across stakeholders.

  • Own local compliance in remote countries such as Colombia, Peru, Mexico and ensure statutory requirements are met.

  • Actively participate and promote BH behaviors and wellbeing initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting

  • Possess extensive knowledge of finance principles and practices, US GAAP.

  • Prior knowledge of IET GTS is preferred.

  • Languages: English and Spanish or Portuguese speaking is preferred
