MBA Internship (Business Development)

We are seeking a high-performing MBA Intern to work directly with the C-Suite on initiatives supporting mergers & acquisitions and organic growth. This role offers hands-on exposure to acquisition diligence, post-merger integration, greenfield expansion, and enterprise strategy. The ideal candidate brings an ownership mindset, strong analytical skills, and an interest in Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA).

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence for acquisition targets, including financial and operational analysis
• Assist with post-acquisition integration planning and execution
• Help develop and implement marketing strategies for new (greenfield) locations
• Support KPI development and performance tracking for executive reporting
• Prepare analysis, presentations, and insights for senior leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• Current MBA candidate at an accredited institution
• Strong ownership mentality and comfort with ambiguity
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements
• Interest in Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) or growth leadership
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to M&A, corporate development, private equity, consulting, or investment banking
• Experience with data or systems integration
• Marketing or growth strategy experience
