Internship Project - Experience in business information management by working with the organization to reorganize, configure, and deploy our Atlassian Confluence space. This space is used by our product, engineering, test, and process teams and will be a central hub and information radiator.

As a Confluence Knowledge Management Intern, you will support our product development team by improving how information is organized, accessed, and maintained. What You'll Be Doing
Conduct a full audit of the current Confluence space, documenting structure, content, and gaps Partner with stakeholders and product team members to gather documentation needs and feedback Design and propose a new Confluence page hierarchy and information architecture Reorganize, consolidate, and archive existing content based on approved structure Configure Confluence settings, templates, labels, and permissions Create standardized guidelines for ongoing Confluence usage and maintenance Build foundational templates and pages (e.g., sprint planning, release notes, project documentation) Present final outcomes, recommendations, and improvements to stakeholders
What We Look For
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field Sophomore, Junior, or Senior preferred (exceptional Freshmen considered) Familiarity with Confluence or similar platforms (e.g., Notion, SharePoint) Basic understanding of information architecture and content organization Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Comfort working with SaaS tools and navigating technical platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative mindset with ability to gather and translate stakeholder input Proactive communication of progress, blockers, and outcomes Assessment report outlining current state of Confluence environment Approved information architecture and page structure design Final presentation summarizing project impact and recommendations
