Hillcrest HealthCare System (HHS) In 1918, Hillcrest opened its doors to provide hope, health and healing to our community in a small hospital located in the heart of Tulsa. Job Summary The director of pharmacy plans, organizes, controls, and supervises activities in hospital pharmacy according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws. Recommends innovations in the practice and function of the hospital pharmacy to Administration and carries out mutually agreed upon programs and corporate initiatives. In addition the director of pharmacy should provide support, mentoring, and oversight of the activities of the clinical pharmacists and supportive personnel on staff.
