APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement in PBF LB/M machine operations. Develop and execute process control plans to enhance machine performance and product quality. Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to track and improve process metrics. Design and conduct sensitivity studies to evaluate the effects of process variations. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements. Document findings and present recommendations to stakeholders. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. 4+ years of experience in process improvement within the manufacturing sector. 4+ years of experience with sensitivity analysis. What Sets You Apart: Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC). Familiarity with PBF LB/M machines and industrial additive manufacturing processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. This role will need knowledge in statistical analysis, a solid understanding of additive manufacturing processes, and capability to work across the organization with technology development as well as operational procedures.
