What You'll Do:
  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement in PBF LB/M machine operations.
  • Develop and execute process control plans to enhance machine performance and product quality.
  • Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to track and improve process metrics.
  • Design and conduct sensitivity studies to evaluate the effects of process variations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements.
  • Document findings and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in process improvement within the manufacturing sector.
  • 4+ years of experience with sensitivity analysis.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Familiarity with PBF LB/M machines and industrial additive manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • This role will need knowledge in statistical analysis, a solid understanding of additive manufacturing processes, and capability to work across the organization with technology development as well as operational procedures.
