APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Coordinate and support shopfloor-focused digital projects, including connectivity, machine/asset integration, data collection, monitoring, and basic automation. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and IT teams to identify opportunities and address implementation challenges. Facilitate the rollout and integration of new digital technologies across the site. Act as liaison between local teams and global headquarters to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for project execution and support. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 2 years of experience in supporting digitalization or Industry 4.0 efforts in a manufacturing or industrial environment. 2 years of experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and remote/global teams. What Sets You Apart: Good background in shopfloor-oriented digital solutions and a solid understanding of manufacturing IT environments. Good understanding of shopfloor technologies such as machine connectivity, sensor integration, real-time data monitoring, and related systems. Working knowledge of typical manufacturing IT landscapes, including PLM, MES, ERP, and production-related IT architectures. Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good organizational and project coordination skills. Experience with digital rollout projects in multi-site or global manufacturing environments. Familiarity with cybersecurity and IT/OT integration. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
