Location: Rural Hall, NC
Employment Type: Contract (13 months)

Compensation: $45.00 /hr.
Schedule: 40 hrs/Week. - (1 st shift)
About the Opportunity:
  • Act as the onsite digitalization lead for the Winston Salem facility, coordinating all ongoing and future digital initiatives.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate and support shopfloor-focused digital projects, including connectivity, machine/asset integration, data collection, monitoring, and basic automation.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and IT teams to identify opportunities and address implementation challenges.
  • Facilitate the rollout and integration of new digital technologies across the site.
  • Act as liaison between local teams and global headquarters to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for project execution and support.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of experience in supporting digitalization or Industry 4.0 efforts in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • 2 years of experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and remote/global teams.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Good background in shopfloor-oriented digital solutions and a solid understanding of manufacturing IT environments.
  • Good understanding of shopfloor technologies such as machine connectivity, sensor integration, real-time data monitoring, and related systems.
  • Working knowledge of typical manufacturing IT landscapes, including PLM, MES, ERP, and production-related IT architectures.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Experience with digital rollout projects in multi-site or global manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and IT/OT integration.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
