Now Hiring: Sales Representative

Location: Ruston, LA

Pay: 45K-60K

Shift: Mon - Fri (Rotating Saturdays)

Your job is simple: build relationships, manage opportunities, and make sales. You'll talk with customers, follow up, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What You Need

• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person").
• Must have strong communication, listening, and customer service skills.
• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
• Must be willing to follow all safety procedures and work safely.
• Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team.
• Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work without direct supervision, and willing to attend appropriate training sessions.
• Willingness to work on most Saturday mornings
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree encouraged
• 2 years of experience in an inside sales role with knowledge of automobiles
• Professional, personable, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong attention to detail is a must!
• Excellent safety and attendance are expected
• Must be willing to submit to a background check, including employment history and drug screen
• Valid U.S. driver's license

Where You'll Spend Your Time

• Receive and process customer service inquiries.
• Greet customers and serve as their primary liaison throughout the repair process.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Keep the customer informed with status updates, completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Take ownership of the entire sales/repair process through completion to ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether on phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Know our products and services well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customers' vehicles.
• Create and close work orders for services rendered.
• Identify and offer additional sales or parts, as needed.
• Spend quality time building relationships with customers.
