The successful candidate will play a critical role in support the analysis of Manpower, Personnel, and Training, (MPT) and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) in support of CTC curriculum development and execution. Job Requirements
Preferred
Education Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Instructional Technology, Education, or a related field is desired. Equivalent relevant experience supporting program management and educational development projects may be considered in lieu of formal education whereappropriate. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)
Ability to oversee overall contract performance and ensure proper personnel are assigned to individual task orders
Skill in managing and coordinating multiple aspects of contract execution, including staffing, reporting, and deliverables Ability to prepare, publish, and communicate monthly program status reports Skill in handling invoicing processes and ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract requirements Ability to review Statements of Work (SOW) and funding documents to support contract execution Skill in identifying and addressing funding issues and potential impacts to program performance Ability to hire, manage, and coordinate personnel to meet contract requirements Skill in advising Government stakeholders, including the COR, on project status and potential problem areas Ability to manage educational design and development projects to ensure successful delivery Skill in coordinating program activities and maintaining alignment with contract objectives Ability to identify risks, anticipate issues, and recommend solutions to support program success Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to communicate effectively with Government and contractor personnel in a professional environment Travel %
