DevSecOps Engineer - Secure Collaboration Platform (DoD) Join a mission-driven team building next-generation automation solutions that power secure collaboration. In this role, you'll help design and deliver a highly secure, scalable platform that enables critical information sharing in support of global defense operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and shape the DevSecOps strategy for a modern, mission-critical collaboration platform
- Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to enable scalable and repeatable deployments
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery while maintaining high security and quality standards
- Integrate security tools, automation, and assessments to ensure compliance with RMF and DoD requirements
- Partner closely with software development and engineering teams to embed security and automation throughout the lifecycle
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps or related disciplines
- Strong expertise with Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation tools
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Familiarity with DoD DevSecOps practices and compliance frameworks
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
Compensation: $150,000+
