College of Agriculture Food & Natural Resources (CAFNR) Advancement Job Description
The College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources (CAFNR) is seeking a motivated, highly organized professional to support alumni engagement and event initiatives. This part-time position provides hands-on experience in event planning, alumni relations, and university advancement, while also playing a critical role in the administrative operations that support these efforts. This role is ideal for an early-career professional, recent graduate, or detail-oriented individual looking to build experience in event management, nonprofit development, or higher education administration. The position offers exposure to large-scale signature events and alumni work, including board management and events. The Event & Alumni Engagement Assistant will work closely with the Coordinator of CAFNR Alumni Engagement and serve as both an operational and administrative partner. Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $15.00 -$24.00 hourly. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
