A Taste of What You'll Do

As a Commerce Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing Gallo's Commerce Marketing strategies to life. In this highly collaborative role, you'll support the execution of commerce marketing tactics across brands, customers, and geographies, ensuring point-of-sale materials, collateral, and digital assets are delivered accurately and on time. You'll work closely with partners across Commerce Marketing, Brand, Sales, Compliance, Creative, Finance, and external vendors, helping translate plans into seamless execution in the marketplace.

You'll support the coordination, tracking, and deployment of POS materials tied to monthly and annual commerce plans, helping ensure materials are ready to activate when and where they're needed. Your work will include gathering quantity needs, preparing allocation inputs, uploading approved assets to internal systems, and maintaining accurate tracking tools and documentation. Through consistent communication and organization, you'll help keep projects moving forward and stakeholders informed.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of cross-functional teams and initiatives, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys project coordination, operational support, and process improvement. You'll contribute to compliance tracking, vendor coordination, basic reporting, and promotional execution, all while supporting continuous improvement in workflows and project management practices. If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and energized by working behind the scenes to drive impactful execution, this role provides a strong foundation for growth within Commerce and Marketing at Gallo.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of project management, marketing, brand marketing support, data analytics/sales development, or supply chain experience reflecting; OR Bachelor's degree plus prior Gallo project management, marketing or Sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 5 years of project management, marketing, brand marketing support, operations, data analytics/sales development, or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Customer-oriented with prior project management and organization skills.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration plus 3 years of project management, commerce marketing, sales, creative services, brand marketing support, winery operations, data analytics/sales development, or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
