What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, updates, and employee communications.
• Support employee relations and performance management processes, including documentation and review facilitation.
• Ensure HR compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting/HR Generalist experience.
• Experience using ATS platforms, HR software, and recruiting tools required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively when needed.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting and onboarding practices.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards.
