• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or logistics
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures
• Valid forklift certification required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations:

• Receive, handle, store, and dispatch goods efficiently
• Perform quality checks against purchase orders
• Maintain accurate inventory in SAP ERP system
• Organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse environment
• Implement best practices for inventory control and storage

Shipping & Logistics:

• Prepare and process domestic and international shipments
• Ensure compliance with customs and shipping regulations
• Coordinate transportation and book shipments
• Package goods for service, aftermarket, and project needs
• Track shipments and communicate with logistics partners

Claims & Reporting:

• Process claims for damaged or missing goods
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve issues
• Support continuous improvement in warehouse and supply chain operations

Systems & Reporting:

• Use SAP ERP for inventory tracking and goods movement
• Maintain data and reports using Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Generate reports on inventory levels and warehouse performance
