Schedule: 4x10s, Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Job Summary:

Total Talent Solutions is seeking a Lab Technician to support material testing, data analysis, and R&D activities. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a laboratory and research environment with advancement potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing of materials and finished products
• Conduct physical testing of R&D samples (tensile testing, microscopy, etc.)
• Analyze and document test data, reports, and trial results
• Provide verbal updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Maintain accurate lab records and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and laboratory standards
• Support a team-oriented, respectful work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Pursuing or holding a degree in science, engineering, or related field preferred
• Prior lab technician or laboratory experience a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Basic knowledge of scientific methods, data analysis, and lab equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
