Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $23.00 - 26.00

What you'll do:

* Count inventory to ensure accuracy of customer orders

* Label inventory according to established standards to ensure proper product identification

* Determine appropriate storage and staging locations for outbound shipments

* Initiate stock transfers to maintain record accuracy, according to intra-company and customer orders

* Fulfill Magnum orders; schedule qualifying Magnum shipment via agreed upon carrier. Notify Logistics of orders that reach the threshold for LTL shipment

What you need to be successful:

* HS Diploma or GED

* Excellent attendance

* Positive attitude

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment; Energetic

* Capable of standing for a full shift

* Strong and consistent attention to detail

* Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task

* Team oriented

* Basic computer skills including excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Outlook, are required

* Knowledge of carrier requirements

* Able to:

o Lift 50 pounds waist high

o Work overtime on short notice

o Embrace change

* Willing to:

o Learn and rotate within all areas

o Improve self / area / company (including pursuing additional training, if needed)
