HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is looking for a Fuel Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, repair, assembly, and testing of aircraft fuel system components, including HMUs, Fuel Control Units, pumps, valves, and actuators. This role ensures all components are restored to serviceable condition following customer OEM specifications, company procedures, and FAA requirements. The Technician will work with the Quality Control and Engineering departments to maintain accuracy and remain in compliance with the standards. Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities * Perform teardown, cleaning, inspection, and repair of fuel system components * Interpret and follow OEM maintenance manuals * Perform testing and calibration of fuel components using test benches and specialized equipment * Document all work performed in accordance with FAA and company requirements * Identify parts required for repair and coordinate with Purchasing, Stockroom, or Production Planning as needed * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area * Adhere to safety procedures, including the handling of fuel residues and hazardous materials | |
