Responsibilities Position Overview: As a Plant Controller, Aerofit, Key Responsibilities: ' Financial Governance & Internal Controls. ' Maintain accurate financial statements in strict accordance ' Lead comprehensive month-end and quarterly closing ' Drive full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) ' Oversee inventory management, including the coordination of ' Manage the fixed asset sub-ledger, including expenditure ' Proactively identify accounting risks and implement ' Operational Business Partnershi. ' Collaborate with the Plant Manager and operations team to ' Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic financial ' Analyze plant performance and variances, translating data ' Provide high-level scenario modeling and ad-hoc business ' Deliver financial presentations to plant leadership, ' Standardize routine business processes to eliminate waste Foster a culture of continuous Qualifications Basic Qualifications: ' Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. ' 7-10 years experience with proven track record in a manufacturing operations environment with deep knowledge of cost accounting.' ' Must have at least 5 years experience working in a manufacturing environment. ' Proficiency in financial statement analysis, product costing, and business case development. ' A strategic thinker who can work independently while collaborating across all levels of the organization. ' High integrity, a "continuous improvement" mindset, and the ability to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment. ' Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: ' Experience with Epicor Avante and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is highly preferred. ' Location/Plant Controller experience for a manufacturing facility within a publicly traded company Salary Range: The base pay range for this position in California is $105,400.00 - $169,625.00/year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
