Shift:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:25 PM - 2:55 AM

The Skills You Need To Make the Cut

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of machining experience preferred
• Experience setting up and operating CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong math, computer, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
• Exposure to noise, dust, and manufacturing conditions within OSHA standards
• Repetitive movement, bending, reaching, and machine operation

How You'll Keep Production Moving

• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets
• Perform first-piece inspections and ensure quality using precision measuring tools
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and offsets
• Monitor production, cycle times, and machine performance
• Troubleshoot issues and report equipment malfunctions
• Maintain accurate counts and meet production targets
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and output
