Our nationally recognized team of almost 40 attorneys has significant experience assisting individuals and families with sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques, as well as creating and administering family offices; administering, decanting, and modifying trusts; administering complex estates; planning with respect to business interests, art, and often unusual assets; analyzing complex transfer tax issues; and handling tax controversy matters before the Internal Revenue Service. We are seeking an experienced associate with three to five years of relevant transactional experience in trust and estate planning and administration to join our national Private Client Services Group. The search is open to multiple offices. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills. An LL.M. in tax is preferred, but not required. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits.
