Description of Duties:Provide strategic leadership and hands-on ownership of the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and regulatory-grade governance. This role drives CRM enablement across the company through strong platform administration, data modeling, banking/trust integrations, and user adoption aligned with First Financial Bank's relationship-banking strategy.
