JOB TITLE: Associate - TS9815063

Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks an Associate in New York, NY to assist with establishment and negotiation of warehouse facilities. Requires a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience in the financial services industry evaluating credit, structural, and legal risks across multiple asset-backed securities (ABS) asset classes, including auto, consumer, equipment leases and loans; analyzing deal structures and optimizing credit enhancements through advanced cashflow modeling and analytical tools; supporting and reviewing new and existing securitization transactions across multiple asset classes, including auto, consumer, and equipment leases and loans; performing quantitative and qualitative collateral analyses to assess credit risk, expected losses, prepayment behavior, and portfolio performance; developing and maintaining cash-flow models and transaction analytics to evaluate structural features, credit-enhancement levels, and investor outcomes under base and stress conditions; preparing detailed transaction memoranda, research materials, and rating-agency documentation to support analytical review processes; conducting due diligence on loan-level data, servicing procedures, and legal documentation to ensure compliance with internal credit and regulatory requirements; collaborating with cross-functional teams to review and document securitization transactions; and monitoring market conditions and ABS sector trends to identify emerging risks and industry developments. Salary range: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
