Description The Medical Writer, HIV will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality, scientifically accurate, and strategically aligned materials that communicate the company's HIV data and scientific narrative across a range of internal and external audiences. This individual will support conference and peer-reviewed publications and external medical engagement materials. The role requires deep scientific understanding, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex clinical and scientific data into clear, compelling, and compliant materials that advance the company's medical and scientific strategy in HIV. The main objective of hiring this medical writer is to accelerate the development of many scientific materials and publications. The chosen candidate should demonstrate writing efficiency, strong ability to multi-task while consistently meeting short deadlines. Responsibilities will include following up with individual contributors and assisting with submissions to congresses and journals. Project management and stakeholder coordination will also be important aspects of the role. Moreover, we plan to implement multiple process improvement cycles and expect this individual to help identify opportunities for increased efficiency and sustained quality enhancement. We expect this role to embrace GenAI and be Tech-enabled to improve efficiency and improve timelines of deliverables. Good understanding how to leverage digital and tech in medical writing is desired. Key Responsibilities
