You have successfully completed your master's degree and now you want to kickstart your career - preferably in an international environment. During our management trainee program, you will quickly assume responsibility for your tasks in the Business Solutions team of our operating unit Intelligent Automated Solutions (IAS) with a focus on Sales. Tasks and Qualifications:

Tasks

  • As part of the Sales organization, you will gain a comprehensive end to end understanding of the commercial lifecycle, from prospecting and opportunity development through contract close and execution handoff

  • You will work closely with customers, Account Managers, Sales Leadership, Solution Development, Operations, and Finance to understand customer needs and translate them into value based sales solutions

  • You will learn how to manage and grow customer accounts, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, supporting negotiations, and building long term customer relationships

  • You will support the Sales and in structuring opportunity and account strategies, ensuring effective positioning and execution across target customers and industries

  • You will analyze market and competitive landscapes, supporting the creation of sales and customerfacing materials that differentiate our offerings

  • You will assist Sales leadership with data driven insights and recommendations to improve revenue growth, customer retention, market share, and pricing strategies

Qualifications

  • A master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related business field

  • Professional fluency in English to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders; additional languages are a plus

  • Strong IT proficiency, including daily use of MS Office; exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous

  • A proactive team player with strong verbal and written communication skills and a clear interest in developing future leadership responsibility

  • International experience and initial exposure to logistics, manufacturing, or automation environments preferred
