Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Business Analyst II to join us in a full-time capacity. Location Requirement: The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the Columbia, SC office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week. Role Overview: The Business Analyst II will be responsible for collection and documentation of all As Is processes. They will work with Department Leaders to collect business requirements for process revisions, enhancements, and the creation of To Be processes. This includes identifying and evaluating a business's current processes involving analyzing existing workflows, systems, and practices to understand how work is currently being done. They will work with IT to project manage process/requirement work and manage all end-to-end coordination and communication with internal stakeholders to ensure process changes do not negatively impact other organizations. The Business Analyst II will take a proactive approach to monitoring end-to-end processes within the organization. They will be responsible for identifying areas where efficiencies can be improved and recommending solutions to address any gaps or areas in need of improvement. Required Qualifications:
