SB Marketing Specialist- Client Direct

comprehensive supply chain services that are unmatched in the
industry today.

Internal Applicants:
This position can be performed from any Turner office

In collaboration with the Client Direct team, this role supports the development of client-facing materials that communicate SourceBlue's value across a growing portfolio of projects. This position is responsible for creating, editing, and producing high-quality presentations, light proposals, and marketing collateral, while helping manage the flow of requests from internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong graphic design capabilities who can take direction, develop content independently, and execute deliverables with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Independently manage and execute the development of presentations, client deliverables, and light proposal materials for the Client Direct team
Translate complex information into clear, visually compelling content aligned with SourceBlue's brand and messaging
Take ownership of assigned tasks from concept through final production, including layout, formatting, and quality control
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content, clarify needs, and ensure timely delivery of materials
Maintain and organize marketing files, templates, and content libraries to support efficient production and consistency
Edit and refine written content for clarity, tone, and accuracy across a variety of deliverables
Support the creation and updating of resumes, project sheets, and other marketing assets
Coordinate multiple concurrent requests and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Assist in developing standardized templates and processes to improve efficiency and scalability as the Client Direct business grows
Ensure all materials meet brand standards and reflect a high level of professionalism and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint
Advanced graphic design skill: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality graphics and layouts with minimal direction
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Agility in moving from one project to another seamlessly
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Experience supporting business development, presentations, or proposals in a professional services environment preferred
Familiarity with construction, supply chain, or related industries is a plus

Qualifications: Minimum 4 year degree in marketing or related field plus 4 years of marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong Computer and IT Skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Works well with little supervision, display initiative, independent thinking and teamwork. Displays actions related to profitability. Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook. Familiar with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Graphic Design.
