Lead the shift from clinic-based care to empowered living, bringing life-changing dialysis therapy directly into patients' homes. As a Home Training Dialysis Nurse, you will be at the forefront of empowering patients to transition from center-based care to independent, home-based therapies, enhancing autonomy, confidence, and long-term outcomes. In this highly impactful position, you will blend clinical skill with patient education, guiding individuals and their families through Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD). Your work will extend beyond traditional care settings, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and see the real-world impact of your care in the patient's home environment. Physical Demands - Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently traveling, bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease. Compensation- New hire compensationwill bedeterminedbyprevious work experience, education, and/or experience. Starting Pay - $39.90/hour Onboarding Requirements - Background checksandpre-employment health screeningswill be conducted on all new hires prior to employment.All safety-sensitive positions with direct patient interaction also require adrug screen.
