The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Tech & Analytics to join our expanding Human Resources division in Seattle. The Senior Program Manager, People Tech & Analytics is responsible for operationalizing and managing McKinstry's enterprise wide people metrics and employee listening strategies, as well as the People Team's metrics and KPIs. This role translates people data into actionable insights that inform decision making across the People Team and the business, while also bringing program & project management rigor and operational maturity to a growing People Analytics & Technology function. Operating in a highly collaborative and evolving environment, this role flexes across analytics, technology, and People initiatives - serving as both a strategic thought partner and a hands on program leader during a formative stage of capability growth. Additional responsibilities include:

People Analytics & Talent Intelligence Enablement

  • Own and evolve the People Team's core metrics and KPIs across the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency, governance, and clarity.

  • Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards and reporting that support data-driven decision making.]

  • Translate complex people data into clear, actionable insights and narratives for HR leaders, managers, and executives.

Employee Listening Strategy & Insights

  • Lead the administration, and partner on the design & analysis of employee listening programs, including the annual engagement survey.

  • Partner with People leaders to connect listening insights to People strategy, priorities, and action planning.

  • Ensure listening efforts are timely, relevant, and focused on driving meaningful organizational outcomes.

Program & Project Leadership

  • Serve as a program and project leader across People Analytics, HR Technology, and adjacent People initiatives.

  • Support initiatives from early design through execution, change management, and transition into steady-state ownership.

  • Enable stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and delivery through strong planning, communication, and follow-through.

Team Operations & Operating Rhythm

  • Establish and mature processes and operating rhythms within People Analytics & Technology function.

  • Improve documentation, standards, and ways of working to support scalability and sustainability.

  • Balance structure with flexibility to support a growing, evolving function.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Executive Enablemen

  • Partner across the People/HR team, working closely with TA, HRBPs, TD, TM, Total Rewards, Employee Experience, HR Ops, and enterprise partners.

  • Support senior leaders with data-backed insights, materials, and recommendations that inform planning and prioritization.

What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry:

  • Strong experience with HR metrics, KPIs, and people analytics reporting.

  • Experience designing and administering employee listening programs.

  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and executive level narratives.

  • Strong program and project management skills in ambiguous environments.

  • Demonstrated success delivering projects.

  • Comfort operating across analytics, technology, and operations.

  • High attention to detail with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Sciences, Human Resources, or related degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio required.

  • Experience with People Analytics and Technology softwares \.

The pay range for this position is $80,100 - $134,400 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
