* Now Hiring: EntryLevel Data Center Cable Technicians - Stamford, TX* Location: Stamford, TX (multiple data center sites within 30 minutes) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week Employment Type: Longterm contract with potential for contracttohire Company: TEKsystems (supporting a major global technology integrator) About the Role We are seeking motivated EntryLevel Data Center Cable Technicians to support largescale fiber upgrade projects across multiple data center locations near Stamford, TX. This is a handson role ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in the data center and telecom industry. You'll work as part of a project team responsible for pulling, routing, and terminating high volumes of fiber cabling as part of a major infrastructure modernization initiative. What You'll Do * Pull, route, and dress fiber cabling in a data center environment * Terminate fiber connections with accuracy and attention to detail * Use hand tools safely and effectively * Follow direction from leads and adhere to site standards * Travel between nearby data center sites as needed * Maintain a clean, organized, and safetyfocused work area Required Skills * Data Center experience required * 3-6+ months of handson experience in a technical, construction, or cabling role * Comfortable using basic hand tools NicetoHave Skills * Cat5/Cat6 experience * Coax experience * Previous data center exposure What We're Looking For We value candidates with strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to grow.
