Responsibilities

Application & Measurement Method Development

  • Design, develop and validate measurement methodologies for heterogeneously integrated technologies.
  • Create reference applications, test flows and examples.
  • Develop proof-of-concept measurements and solutions.
  • Develop scripts and automation for instrument control, data acquisition, and analysis.
  • Support integration of Keysight solutions into customer environment.

Product Definition and R&D Collaboration

  • Provide customer input into product requirements.
  • Validate new hardware/software features against real application use cases.
  • Support beta programs, early evaluations, and internal validation.

Customer Engagement & Technical Enablement

  • Act as deep technical interface to customers.
  • Support key customer engagements and escalations.
  • Help customers adopt Keysight solutions for complex measurement problems.
  • Explain tradeoffs, limitations, and best practices in measurement setups.

Technical Marketing & Content Creation

  • Produce high-quality technical collateral, including application notes, white papers, etc.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and rigor.

Standards, Ecosystem & Forward-Looking Research

  • Track and contribute to industry standards and ecosystems (UCIe, BoW, etc.).
  • Anticipate future measurement gaps and define next-generation application requirements aligned with long-term market needs.

Qualifications

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or closely related field.
  • Domain expertise in high-speed digital/optical interconnects, chiplets or signal integrity.
  • Strong measurement science skills.
  • Strong programming/automation skills.
  • Strong technical communication skills.
  • Analytical and data-centric mindset.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and debugging capability.
  • Hands-on experience with test & measurement equipment.
  • Ability to translate customer problems into applications.
  • Ability to work independently with ambiguous problems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Technical content creation capability.
  • Standard and ecosystem awareness.
