Summary/ Objective:
The person's primary responsibility is to set up, support, optimize, and enhance our Tecsys and Eclipse WMS platforms. This role will be responsible for the system administration, user setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of the WMS. This role will use system analytics and functionality to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with IT, Sales and Operations management to drive process improvements.
Essential Functions:



  • Setup, administer and configure the WMS

  • Support the users on the WMS

  • Analyze warehouse performance and workflows

  • Troubleshoot and resolve WMS related issues

  • Collect and review volumetric dimensional data via Cubiscan and other sources

  • Create and maintain work instructions and system documentation for processes as well as troubleshooting guides

  • Develop an understanding of all WMS associated hardware and software

  • Review, improve and develop KPI's to identify trends for performance improvement

  • Create consistency and cohesion across all departmental processes/procedures.

  • Auditing all processes to confirm accuracy of data and inventory

  • Responsible for all testing of user acceptance and upgrades

  • Develop and maintain custom reporting tools to assist in daily operations.

Supervisory Responsibility:


  • This position is not a supervisory role


Work Environment:


  • This job is a full-time position primarily located in our Harrisburg warehouse. Time will be spent in an office setting with occasional tasks on the warehouse floor. Hybrid work may be available following on boarding and demonstrated proficiency. This position requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, internet, smart phones, and photocopiers.

Travel:


  • Some overnight travel to other DC's and industry conferences may be required. Should travel be required a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for this position. Must provide own transportation.


Clearances and Certifications:


  • U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Tecsys

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain processes

  • Experience with ERP systems and API integrations is a plus (Eclipse preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a WMS platform
